A: Limousine Austin is in possession of all licenses necessary to operate in the great state of Texas. Every single one of our chauffeurs holds a professional commercial driving license.

Q: Are we allowed to smoke and drink on board the limousine?
A: We politely request that passengers refrain from smoking while on board our limousines. Drinking is allowed on board our vehicles for adults 21 and older. Our bars come fully stocked with glassware, ice, and bottled water. Other beverages may be brought on board at the passengers' discretion.

Q: How far in advance do you recommend we book our limousine?
A: During the holidays and the summer months (our high seasons), we recommend booking at least six weeks in advance. However, we sometimes have cancellations and can take last minute reservations even during these busy periods. Give us a call and we will do our best to accommodate your needs!

Q: What if my event ends up lasting longer than my original reservation?
A: Limousine Austin will never leave you stranded! If you end up needing to extend your reservation, simply call us at your earliest convenience so that we can alert your chauffeur. We'll make sure that your limousine is waiting for you no matter where the night may take you!

Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: We understand that life happens, so we extend a generous cancellation policy to our clients. All we ask is that you make any cancellations within 48 hours of your reservation to avoid a penalty fee. Need to reschedule? Call us, and we'll be happy to help you move your reservation to a different date.
